Kiddo got the flu, then I caught it.  Both of us had been vaccinated...go figure that one! (At this point, the only two people I know of who do not have it are my fiancee and my bestie, Angie. ...  And I think my fiancee may be coming down - he's really tired.)  Kiddo and I are both taking Tamiflu.  Kiddo is a little better - sending him back to school tomorrow with a note to phone me if he feels rotten.  I missed an exam on Tuesday, but my professor is allowing me to make it up tomorrow afternoon, before class.  I am unprepared - I have been sleeeeeeeping and dozing and medicating and just barely existing on the couch!  Studying?  Hah, yeah right.  My brain is in a fever melt-down, but I am going to give it the good fight!  It is almost 10 pm here now, and I will allow myself one more hour of study before I hit the hay.  I plan on getting up early in the morning to continue.  We'll see if that happens...

My only consolation is that after a physican's exam on Friday morning I can .....  make miniatures!!!!!

I ordered the most fabulous, gorgeous microbeads!  They are the Martha Stewart brand, you can see them here... They are pretty as peaches and I am about to bust to use them!!! IF I SURVIVE MY EXAM, that is!
